Finding Peace

I was 13 years old when I went to live with my father for the first time. Prior to that, I had been moved 16 times and counted 9 surrogate parents, all of whom were either relatives of my mother or friends of my father.

At 25 years old, after checking all the expected boxes – college, marriage, home, child, the job – I went to a psychologist. I was unhappy. That was the beginning of my journey to finding peace.

There have been twists and turns on the journey. This podcast is my story of finding that peace through the Hoffman Process.

People decide to do the Hoffman Process when they are serious about making changes in their lives. For me, it was wanting to live more from my heart than my head (my intellect) and to live each day in integrity with my authentic self. I left the process with a deeper sense of inner peace.

A few days prior to the taping of the podcast I had reconnected and closed the loop after 45 years with a boy I had a crush on in high school. I had no idea I would EVER share that story with anyone, much less on a podcast. It’s a sweet story, and demonstrates the cost of patterns in my life.

The Hoffman Process is a weeklong workshop dedicated to transformative adult education and spiritual growth. You can find more on their page at www.hoffmaninstitute.org.

Listen in as I share my experience during and after the Process with Hoffman teacher and coach, Sharon Mor.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have about the Hoffman process.
