I’m still on my own wellness journey.

My mission—my “why”—is to nurture awareness and intention so that we can embrace simplicity and order in our daily lives. —Natalie

Everyone’s path to wellness has twists and turns. After growing up eating whole foods, running, and following a vegetarian diet for years, my lifestyle began to shift—and thanks in part to some additional “help” from genetics, I was diagnosed as prediabetic in 2013.

It was a shock, although ultimately a positive one. I fully committed to not only losing weight and getting physically healthy but enhancing my wellness in every way possible. This included continuing my meditation practice, striving to be mindful in all aspects of my life, and after being laid off from my engineering job in 2018, diving headfirst into the Marie Kondo way of organizing.

I earned certification as a Holistic Wellness Coach. I went from 153 pounds to 120. My A1c (a measure of average blood sugar level) is at its lowest since 2013. I got certified in the KonMari Method™, too. And now I’m exactly where I was meant to be: Helping others as they progress on their unique journeys while continuing on my own.

“Design crushes willpower.” — BJ Fogg

It’s not about willpower

My engineering training helps me to see my clients’ challenges in a new way and approach them in a better way. People often believe they need the willpower to keep their homes tidy, or to make nutritious choices. But what they really need is help designing the right habits, which will help get them where they want to be.

Your journey will be unique, of course—everyone has different needs and different desires, and I work with people from all walks of life. Whether you want to lose weight, declutter your home, clear your mind, or simply find ways to live in a way that brings you more joy, I’m here to help you find your path.
