There’s more than one path to wellness. Let’s find yours.
True wellness encompasses far more than just a healthy body or mind. It’s a blend of several distinct dimensions—your physical and emotional well-being, your values, your approach to personal growth, even how you manage your time and space.
These are all interconnected, which means strengthening one can benefit the others. And that’s what my coaching is about: removing the “stuff,” in any area, that is standing in the way of your wellness.
Whether you want to work on a specific dimension or you don’t know where to start, I’ll help you understand where you are today, and begin the journey toward where you want to be tomorrow.

ABOUT NATALIE VANDERPUMP
After being diagnosed as prediabetic in 2013, I not only transformed my body, but I learned that the physical, mental, and other dimensions of wellness all work together. Today, I’m a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach and a Certified Organizational Coach who helps people manage the stuff that impacts our ability to thrive—what we put in our bodies, what we allow into our hearts and minds, and yes, even what we accumulate in our homes.
MY WELLNESS APPROACH
Wellness isn’t just the absence of illness. It’s living a balanced, meaningful life, fulfilling in the dimensions that matter most to you. That means making a conscious decision to lead that kind of life—designing a plan, creating goals, and finding the right support. I’m more than a certified coach for my clients; I’m a partner, invested in your success.
WHY ORGANIZING?
You might not think the clutter in your home impacts your wellness. But every time you cringe at seeing the kitchen table piled high with stuff, or waste a few minutes looking for that thing that isn’t where it should be, you’re taking a little bit away from the energy you need in other areas of your life. I’ll help you get that energy back.
HOW TO WORK TOGETHER
Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and working with a wellness coach shouldn’t be, either. I offer my clients a variety of different ways to work with me, from individual wellness and organizational coaching to my Declutter Festival. The best way to understand coaching is to experience it—my initial consultation is a mini-session to give you an idea of what’s possible. And it’s absolutely free!
